Logbook dan Joblist merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dari suatu perusahaan sebagai arsip data pada PT. Asuransi Central Asia Cabang Duta Merlin. Melalui logbook ini, setiap karyawan akan menerima joblist yang harus diselesaikan saat perusahaan menerima klaim. Proses yang masih manual menyebabkan pengolahan data yang tidak efisien, misalnya proses pembuatan Claim Commite Approval dan pengadaan survey terlambat. Juga kinerja karyawan yang kurang terpantau menyebabkan waktu pengumpulan data tidak tepat waktu. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendukung pengembangan sistem tersebut adalah dengan metode waterfall. Dengan pengembangan rancangan sistem ini dapat memudahkan proses pembuatan sistem karena tahapannya yang dilakukan secara bertahap. Pengujian sistem ini menggunakan blackbox dan ISO 9126 untuk menguji perangkat lunak dari segi fungsionalitas perangkat lunak. Dari hasil pengujian ISO 9126 terhadap aplikasi Logbook dan Joblist, akan terlihat karakteristik kualitas berdasarkan Functionality, Reability, Usability, dan Efficiency.
