Skripsi ini membahas rancang bangun sistem Informasi Akademik Rapor Online berbasis web. Aplikasi ini merupakan sistem informasi berbasis web. Metode perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD),
yang memfokuskan perancangan sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan user. Sedangkan bahasa pemrograman yang dipakai adalah PHP dengan menggunakan database MySQL. Perancangan sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan melakukan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi literature. Data yang digunakan pada aplikasi adalah data
siswa MAN 12 Jakarta. Pengujian aplikasi Sistem Informasi Rapor Online Berbasis Web ini, menggunakan metode UCD dan blackbox. Hasil dari pengujian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi yang dibuat dapat membantu kinerja guru dalam memasukkan nilai hasil belajar siswa.

This thesis discusses the architecture of academic information system webbased Online Report. This application is a web-based information systems. This application uses design methods are methods of User Centered Design (UCD),
which focus on the design of the system in accordance with the needs of the user. While the programming language used is PHP using a MySQL database. The design of information systems is made by doing data collection is done by way of observation, interview and study of literature. The data used in the application is the data students of MAN 12. Testing application information system Web-based Online Report, is using the method of UCD and blackbox. The results of tests obtained the conclusion that application made can help the performance of teachers in incorporating the values of student learning outcomes.
