Sistem jaringan distribusi merupakan bagian sistem tenaga listrik yang dekat dengan pelanggan, selain itu permintaan akan kebutuhan energi listrik terus meningkat tiap tahunnya, dimana tingkat keandalan dari suatu sistem jaringan distribusi sangat penting bagi komsumen. Maka kualitas tingkat keandalan dapat dilihat dari lamanya gangguan yang sering terjadi pada kurun waktu tertentu. Tugas Akhir ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk menghitung keandalan dari sistem distribusi PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pondok Gede Penyulang Pamen tahun 2017. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisa yaitu menggunakan metode Reliability Index Assessment (RIA), dimana pada analisa yang pertama sistem diasumsikan berada dalam kondisi perfect switching didapatkan nilai SAIFI = 1,88146 kali/tahun, MAIFI = 0,215024 kali/tahun, SAIDI = 0,958377037 jam/tahun dan CAIDI = 0,5093792 jam /tahun, sedangkan pada analisa yang kedua sistem diasumsikan berada dalam kondisi imperfect switching didapatkan nilai SAIFI = 2,12346 kali/tahun, MAIFI = 0,215024 kali/tahun, SAIDI = 1,0887708 jam/tahun dan CAIDI = 0,5127345 jam/tahun. Jika ditinjau dari SPLN 68-2: 1986 maka Penyulang Pamen telah memenuhi standar PLN, sehingga penyulang Pamen dapat dikategorikan handal. Sedangkan jika dibandingkan dengan standar WCS (World Customer Service) dan WCC (world class company) juga di kategorikan handal.

Then the quality of reliability can be seen from the duration of the disorder that often occurs in a certain period of time. This Final Project is prepared with the purpose to calculate the reliability of the distribution system of PT. PLN (Persero) Pondok Gede Area Pamen feeder in 2017. If viewed from SPLN 68-2: 1986 then the Pamen feeder has met the standard PLN, so that Pamen feeder can be categorized reliable. Meanwhile, when compared with the standard WCS (World Customer Service) and WCC (world class company) is also categorized reliable.
