Abstract

Di dalam operasi sistem distribusi nilai tegangan di setiap titik saluran harus memenuhi standar mutu tegangan yaitu dimana tegangan (V) operasi besarnya dibatasi 0.9 Vnom ≤ V operasi ≤ 1.05 Vnom (atau +5% dan -10% Vnom) sesuai dengan SPLN No 01 Tahun 1995 yaitu + 5% dan -10 % dari tegangan nominal. Untuk beberapa penyulang di daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi, Provinsi Jawa Barat masih dijumpai beberapa Jaringan Tegangan Menengah (JTM) yang memiliki tegangan ujung dibawah standar sebagai contoh Penyulang Cisolok di Gardu Induk Pelabuhan Ratu. Penyulang Cisolok memiliki panjang jaringan 165.46 kms dan tegangan ujung sebesar 17.85 kV. Dikarenakan terjadi jatuh tegangan dan tegangan ujung yang tidak memenuhi standar sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan. Ada beberapa cara perbaikan tegangan pada JTM distribusi, dalam melakukan perbaikan harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi jaringan secara fisik maupun operasinya. Sehubungan Penyulang Cisolok memiliki panjang jaringan sangat panjang dan beban yang cukup besar maka dalam pembahasan skripsi digunakan metode perbaikan tegangan yang sesuai dengan kondisi jaringan yaitu menggunakan metode rekonfigurasi jaringan dan sisa beban saluran yang di rekonfigurasi akan dipikul dengan Penyulang Bayah Kota. Sehingga tegangan yang di dapat sesuai standar yang ditetapkan.

Cisolok feeder has a network length of 165.46 kms and a tip end of 17.85 kV. Due to the occurrence of voltage drop and tip voltage that does not meet the standard voltage so that need to be repaired. There are several ways of fixing voltage on JTM distribution, in doing the repair must be adjusted to the condition of the network physically and its operation. In relation to Cisolok Feeder has a very long network length and load is large enough then in the discussion of the thesis used method of voltage corrective in accordance with network conditions that is using the method of network reconfiguration and the remaining load on the reconfigured channel will be borne with Bayah Kota Feeder. So that the voltage can be in accordance with the standard set.
