Analisis Perbandingan Waktu dan Biaya Pekerjaan Bekisting Plat Lantai Dan Balok Menggunakan Alumunium Formwork dan Aluma System Flying Table Pada Proyek Apartemen Sky House Alam Sutera . Penelitian ini meninjau pekerjaan bekisting plat lantai dan balok berdasarkan metode pekerjaan , perbandingan biaya dan perbandingan waktu pelaksanaan yang ada di lapangan. Perbandingan biaya ini didasarkan oleh AHSP 2019 wilayah Tangerang, memperoleh hasil bahwa biaya yang dikeluarkan apabila menggunakan bekisting Alumunium Formwork sebesar Rp. 1,073,424,275 untuk 5 lantai, sedangkan bekisting Aluma System Flying Table memerlukan biaya sebesar Rp. 1,197,351,000 untuk dengan selisih biaya sebesar Rp. 123,926,725,-. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bekisting Aluma System Flying Table lebih mahal dibandingkan dengan Alumunium Formwork. Namun dari segi perbandingan waktu bekisting Alumunium Formwork memerlukan waktu 7 hari untuk pemasangan sedangkan Aluma System Flying Table hanya 6 hari. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa dari segi waktu bekisting Aluma System Flying Table lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan Alumunium Formwork.

This cost comparison is based on AHSP 2019 in Tangerang, Tangerang, obtained the result that the costs incurred when using formwork Alumunium Formwork amounted to Rp. 1,073,424,275 for 5 floors, while formwork Aluma System Flying Table requires a fee of Rp. 1,197,351,000 for the difference in costs of Rp. 123,926,725,-.. So it can be concluded that formwork Aluma System Flying Table is more expensive compared to Aluminum Formwork. However, in terms of comparison of formwork time Aluminum Formwork takes 7 days for installation while Aluma System Flying Table only 6 days. So it is concluded that in terms of time formwork Aluma System Flying Table faster compared to Aluminum Formwork.
