Pondasi rakit merupakan salah satu pondasi yang sering digunakan pada pembangunan gedung bertingkat. Biasanya pondasi rakit digunakan pada kondisi tanah yang lunak. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi hasil pekerjaannya akan dipengaruhi oleh efektifitas sumber daya manusia atau bisa disebut tenaga kerja. Untuk mengukur efektifitas, work sampling merupakan salah satu metode yang bisa digunakan untuk mengukur efektifitas pada pekerja. Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis efektifitas pekerja pada pekerjaan pengecoran Raft foundation dengan metode Work sampling diproyek apartment Tokyo riverside Tower 8 Zona 4 – PIK 2 Tangerang, Banten”. Besarnya nilai efektifitas dari tenaga kerja dapat dilihat dari effective work dan ukuran untuk efektifitas pada penelitian ini adalah nilai Labor Utilization Rate (LUR). Hasil analisa untuk nilai Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) pada pekerjaan pengecoran Raft Foundation adalah sebesar 48,71% dan proporsi pada kegiatan effective dengan nilai 39,75%, contributory 35,85%, ineffective 24,38%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan tenaga kerja yang digunakan pada proyek ini adalah efektif.

Raft foundation is one of the foundations that is often used in the construction of high-rise buildings. Usually raft foundations are used in soft soil conditions. In the implementation of construction projects, the results of the work will be influenced by the effectiveness of human resources or can be called labor. To measure effectiveness, work sampling is one method that can be used to measure effectiveness on workers. This research is entitled "Analysis of the effectiveness of workers on the Raft foundation casting work with the Work sampling method in the Tokyo riverside apartment project Tower 8 Zone 4 - PIK 2 Tangerang, Banten". The value of the effectiveness of the workforce can be seen from the effective work and the measure for effectiveness in this study is the value of the Labor Utilization Rate (LUR). The results of the analysis for the value of the Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) in the Raft Foundation foundry work are 48.71% and the proportion to effective activities is 39.75%, contributory 35.85%, ineffective 24.38%. These results indicate that the utilization of labor used in this project is effective.
