Abstract
The Mobile Application of Electricity Use Control (P2TL) aims to simplify the process of assigning and assisting the reporting of the results in the field during the implementation of electricity control to the PLN customer's home. Previously the manual was done manually for the assignment and reporting process, the process has not been effective because in the case of assignment by PIC to the Field Officer must directly meet, while for report in field often happened problem such as data which is not in accordance with the control in field. To overcome some of these problems, the design of P2TL mobile applications is expected to help the performance of the assignment process and the provision of reports on P2TL. This research uses software development method from Unified Software Development Process (USDP), for application design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and application testing using International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9126, besides in database design using MySQL as well as in The implementation of the application of the author using the implementation of JAVA mobile programming language that is using the Android Studio IDE. From the research results can be concluded that the application of mobile-based P2TL android can help the mobility of PIC and Field Officers who implement curbing, so that the data can at the time of control is also accurate and in accordance with the facts (real).For the percentage of test results of usability aspect is 74%.
Aplikasi mobile Penertiban Pemakaian Tenaga Listrik (P2TL) bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses penugasan dan membantu pelaporan dari hasil di lapangan pada saat pelaksanaan penertiban listrik ke rumah pelanggan PLN. Sebelumnya penertiban listrik dilakukan secara manual untuk proses penugasan dan pemberian laporan, proses belum efektif karena dalam hal penugasan oleh PIC ke Petugas Lapangan harus langsung bertemu, sedangkan untuk laporan di lapangan sering terjadi masalah seperti data yang tidak sesuai dengan penertiban di lapangan. Untuk mengatasi beberapa masalah tersebut, maka perancangan aplikasi mobile P2TL diharapkan akan membantu kinerja dari proses penugasan serta pemberian laporan pada P2TL. Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dari Unified Software Development Process (USDP), untuk perancangan aplikasi menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan pengujian aplikasi menggunakan International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9126, selain itu dalam perancangan basis data menggunakan MySQL serta dalam hal implementasi aplikasi penulis menggunakan penerapan bahasa pemograman JAVA mobile yaitu menggunakan IDE Android Studio. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi mobile P2TL berbasis android dapat membantu mobilitas PIC dan Petugas Lapangan yang melaksanakan penertiban, sehingga data yang di dapat pada saat penertiban juga akurat dan sesuai dengan fakta(nyata). Untuk nilai persentase hasil pengujian dari aspek kegunaan adalah sebesar 74%.
