Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek kontruksi pada tahap realisasi seringkali terjadi keterlambatan sehingga pelaksanaan proyek tidak sesuai dengan rencana.Salah satu yang diperlukan yaitu evaluasi proyek diperlukan agar kemajuan pekerjaan dapat diketahui dan bila terjadi keterlambatan dapat di antisipasi.Metode evaluasi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu perhitungan menggunakan Metode Earned Value Analysis (EVA).Analisis Biaya dan Waktu pada proyek Jalan Tol Cibitung Cilincing dilakukan karena realisasi proyek mengalami keterlambatan.Dengan menggunakan perhitungan Metode Earned Value Analisis(EVA) akan mendapatkan data SPI(Schedule Performance Indeks),BCWP( Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule),BCWS(Budgeted Cost of Work Performance),ETS(Estimate Temporary Schedule),EAS(Estimate At Schedule).Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan pada bulan ke 39 nilai SPI=0.88 < 1 sehingga proyek terlambat,ETS = 34,1 hari,EAS=1204,1 hari sehingga keterlambatan 4,1 hari atau apabila dibulatkan menjadi 5 hari .BCWS : Rp. 7,455,982,954.904 dam BCWP:6,548,134,177,163 sehingga kontraktor mengajukan penambahan waktu untuk penyelesaian proyek penambahan waktu selama 5 bulan sehingga akhir biaya proyek Rp.7.853.363.129.243 sama dengan nilai kontrak proyek tersebut.

In the implementation of a construction project at the realization stage there is often a delay so that the implementation of the project is not in accordance with the plan. One of the necessary evaluations is necessary for the progress of the work to be known and in case of delays can be anticipated. The evaluation method that can be done is calculation using Earned Value Analysis (EVA) Method. Cost and Time Analysis on the Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road project was conducted due to the realization of the project experiencing delays. By using calculation method Earned Value Analysis (EVA) will get data SPI(Schedule Performance Index),BCWP( Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule), BCWS(Budgeted Cost of Work Performance),ETS(Estimate Temporary Schedule),EAS(Estimate At Schedule). From the results of the analysis conducted in the 39th month the value of SPI=0.88 < 1 so that the project is late, ETS = 34.1 days, EAS= 1204.1 days so that the delay is 4.1 days or if rounded to 5 days . BCWS : Rp. 7,455,982,954,904 and BCWP:6,548,134,177,163 so that the contractor proposes additional time for the completion of the project addition time for 5 months until the end of the project cost Rp.7.853.363.129.243 equal to the contract value of the project.
