Pada konstruksi jembatan Proyek Lanjutan Aksesibilitas Bandara Soekarno Hatta, salah satu metode kerja pada jembatan utama ialah pier. Pier merupakan pekerjaan struktur atas yang berfungsi sebagai pengantar beban yang berasal dari jembatan menuju bore pile. Pier ini nantinya akan menopang jembatan. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini mengetahui berapa persentase quality control pada pekerjaan pier jembatan utama proyek lanjutan aksesibilitas bandara soekarno - hatta melalui metode QPASS dan Monitoring Checklist, dan mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan pengendalian mutu pada pekerjaan pier jembatan utama proyek lanjutan aksesibilitas bandara soekarno hatta. Dalam penelitian ini akan menganalisis dua metode pengendalian mutu yaitu QPASS (Quality Product Assesment System) dan Monitoring Checklist yang dimana metode QPASS dikembangkan oleh PT. WIJAYA KARYA untuk menghitung mutu suatu pekerjaan/proyek. Hasil penilaian pada Quality Product Assesment (QPASS) pada Pier adalah 96,16% Hasil evaluasi mutu Pier menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian mutu pekerjaan Pier pada proyek Lanjutan Pekerjaan Aksesibilitas Bandara Soekarno-Hatta termasuk kategori baik sekali.

In the bridge construction of the Soekarno Hatta Airport Accessibility Advanced Project, one of the working methods on the main bridge is the pier. The purpose of this study is to find out what percentage of quality control is in the main bridge pier work of the Soekarno - Hatta airport accessibility continuation project through the QPASS and Monitoring Checklist methods, and to find out what factors can affect the implementation of quality control in the main bridge pier work of the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Accessibility Advanced Project. -hatta. In this study will analyze two quality control methods, namely QPASS (Quality Product Assessment System) and Monitoring Checklist where the QPASS method was developed by PT. WIJAYA KARYA to calculate the quality of a job/project. The result of the Quality Product Assessment (QPASS) on the Pier is 96.16%. The results of the evaluation of the quality of the Pier indicate that the quality control of Pier work on the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Accessibility Work Continuation Project is in the very good category.
