To improve the performance of a company, especially in the field of information systems must replace the old system into a new system. One company that will replace the system is PT. Sucor Asset Management, especially in the official travel system that still uses manual system, because the needs of investors scattered throughout Indonesia hence the procedure of travel travel takes a long time. Therefore the manual system is implemented into a system to increase the level of performance in the division hrd (human resource development). The method used in the design of this system is a rapid application develompent, which is incremental design and build in the short term, short, and
fast.

Untuk meningkatkan kinerja dari suatu perusahaan khususnya dalam bidang sistem informasi, harus mengganti sistem lama menjadi sistem baru. Salah satu perusahaan yang akan mengganti sistemnya adalah PT. Sucor Asset Management, terutama dalam sistem perjalanan dinas yang masih menggunakan sistem manual, karena kebutuhan investor yang tersebar di seluruh indonesia maka prosedur melakukan perjalanan dinas memakan waktuyang cukup lama. Maka dari itu sistem manual tersebut diimplementasikan ke dalam suatu sistem untuk menambah tingkat kinerja pada bagian divisi hrd (human resource development). Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini adalah Rapid Application Develompent (RAD), yaitu perancangan secara bertingkat dan membangunan dalam waktu jangka pendek, singkat, dan cepat.
