Semakin banyaknya rumah-rumah yang dibangun di Kec. Kramatwatu, Serang - Banten menyebabkan semakin dibutuhkannya para pekerja reparasi bangunan. Kebutuhan akan para pekerja reparasi sangat dibutuhkan yang tentunya dapat memudahkan antara pencari jasa reparasi dengan para pekerja reparasi yang tentunya berbasis Maps. Para pencari jasa nantinya dapat memanggil para pekerja jasa tanpa perlu repot-repot mencari keluar rumah dan para pekerja jasa tentunya mampu mendeteksi dimana letak pencari jasa itu tinggal. Karena akan kebutuhan informasi tersebut maka dilakukan pengembangan sistem informasi geografis untuk memudahkan pencarian lokasinya.
Metode untuk menghitung jarak optimal lokasi tersebut dengan menggunakan metode haversine formula.
Pada perancangan aplikasi ini penulis menggunakan metode UCD (User Centered Design) istilah yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan filosofi perancangan. Perancangan yang menempatkan pengguna sebagai pusat dari sebuah proses pengembangan sistem.
Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan di Kec. Kramatwatu Serang, Banten ini, bahwa adanya Aplikasi Reparasi Online yang akan mempermudah kinerja dalam proses mencari jasa reparasi sehingga lebih mengutamakan pelayanan yang baik terhadap konsumen.

Increasing number of houses built in Kec. Kramatwatu, Serang - Banten caused the need for construction workers. The need for reparations workers is urgently needed which can certainly facilitate between the seeker of reparations service and the repair workers who are of course based on Maps. The service seekers can then call the service workers without bothering to look outside the house and the service workers are certainly able to detect where the location of the seeker's services stay. Because of the need for such information, the geographic information system is developed to facilitate the location search.
Method to calculate the optimal distance of the location by using haversine method of formula.
In designing this application the author uses UCD method (User Centered Design) term used to describe the design philosophy. Design that puts users at the center of a system development process.
Results from research conducted in Kec. Kramatwatu Serang, Banten, that the existence of Online Repair Application that will facilitate the performance in the process of looking for reparations services so as to give priority to good service to consumers.
