Every implementation of a project requires people who are competent and responsible in every task given in the project. Currently is still not optimal and well organized to monitor and manage every job of people involved in the project. Role Based Access Control (RBAC) method is an approach to restrict a system to authorized users, RBAC gives users authority on the rule of competence and responsibility of each user involved in existing projects on the system. By implementing the project management and monitoring system with the Role Based Access Control method, it can facilitate and assist Top Level related parties in supervising the work of people on projects based on their respective responsibilities more easily and more optimally.

Setiap pelaksanaan suatu proyek dibutuhkan orang-orang yang berkompeten dan bertanggung jawab dalam setiap tugas yang diberikan dalam proyek tersebut.
