Sadar atau tidak, setiap hari kita melihat atau menemui berbagai macam bencana alam di sekitar kita. Ada pula bencana alam yang datangnya tidak bisa kita tebak dan sifatnya jarang terjadi, dan sulit untuk diprediksi. Beberapa bencana alam yang sulit untuk diprediksi antara lain proses terjadinya kebakaran, terjadinya gempa bumi, terjadinya banjir dan lain sebagainya. Bayangkan jika bencana alam tersebut terjadi pada perumahan kluster dan menelan banyak korban. Dalam perancangan sistem dan membuat perancangan model ini penulis menggunakan metode prototype. Hasil yang diharapkan dan diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah alat model memprediksi Kebakaran, Gempa Bumi, dan Banjir menggunakan Arduino Uno, Sensor Getar, Sensor Api, dan Water Level Sensor serta sistem notifikasi kebakaran dan bencana alam berbasis smartphone android dan fitur RFID serta teknologi lainnya pada perumahan kluster.

The expected outcome and obtained from this research is a tool of the model predict fire, earthquakes and floods using Arduino Uno, Vibrate Sensor Sensor, Fire and Water Level sensors and notification system of fire and natural disaster based on the smartphone android and features of RFID and other technologies in housing density clusters.
