In the project development there are several problems in project planning and control, ie the difficulty of mapping the critical path of an activity. The significance of the critical path is important in the implementation of the project, because on this path lies the activities which, if its implementation is delayed, will cause the overall project delays. Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation Review Technic (PERT) are the most widely used methods of project planning and control. With this method can help the project manager in determining the critical activities and know the estimated completion time on a project.

Penjadwalan proyek adalah suatu bentuk perencanaan proyek yang dibuat dengan tujuan agar proyek selesai tepat waktu. Dalam pengerjaan proyek muncul beberapa masalah dalam perencanaan dan pengendalian proyek, yaitu sulitnya dipetakan jalur kritis dari suatu kegiatan.
