Pada proses pengambangan ini telah dilakukan suatu analisis pada sistem Metapor berbasis website di PT. PLN(Persero) Disjaya. Pada sistem yang selama ini berjalan, website tersebut hanya dapat mengolah data pelanggan menunggak dan hasil kerja dari petugas tusbung(putus sambung), petugas SR (Sambung Rumah), dan petugas survei. Belum terdapat suatu fitur yang dapat melakukan pengawasan petugas tersebut secara terpusat. Selain itu, terdapat kendala yang dialami oleh petugas SR dalam melakukan pemasangan jaringan listrik baru yakni tidak adanya aplikasi yang dapat digunakan di lapangan dalam menentukan status calon pelanggan tersebut menunggak atau tidak. Selain itu, petugas survei tidak dapat mengetahui perkiraan jarak dengan lokasi target sehingga proses penagihan dan eksekusi dilakukan tanpa memperkirakan jarak pelanggan yang terdekat terlebih dahulu. Dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu petugas tusbung, petugas SR, dan petugas survey dalam melakukan tugasnya di lapangan serta dibutuhkan suatu fitur yang dapat mengawasi petugas – petugas tersebut secara terpusat.. Oleh karena itu dibangun suatu pengembangan pada website Metapor untuk sistem pengawasan terpusat dan merancang bangun aplikasi android untuk membantu petugas bekerja di lapangan dimana diterapkan haversine formula untuk dapat menentukan perkiraan jarak antara petugas dan pelanggan menunggak. Sehingga ke depannya dapat mempermudah sistem pengawasan dan pekerjaan petugas lapangan
