Abstract
Keberadaan Proyek Pembangunan Double Track Bogor - Sukabumi mengakibatkan adanya peningkatan kemacetan lalu lintas disekitar lokasi proyek.Hal tersebut disebabkan adanya pergeseran lalu lintas yang menyebabkan kepadatan kendaraan terutama pada jam puncak (Peak Hours).Selain itu juga pada masa konstruksi, lalu lintas akan dipengaruhi oleh kendaraan berat yang keluar masuk proyek serta penempatan peralatan berat yang membutuhkan lahan untuk menunjang kelancaran kegiatan konstruksi sehingga menyebabkan bertambahnya waktu perjalanan akibat penurunan kecepatan yang ditimbulkan oleh antrian kendaraan yang terjadi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil data primer berupa banyaknya tarikan perjalanan (smp/jam) dan data inventarisasi jalan yang terdampak akibat adanya pembangunan Proyek Double Track Bogor Sukabumi, sedangkan data skunder berupa data jumlah penduduk dan tingkat pertumbuhan jumlah lalu lintas kendaraan pada instansi terkait. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode “four step models” dengan analisis pada masa eksisting dan masa kontruksi.
The existence of the Bogor - Sukabumi Double Track Development Project has resulted in an increase in traffic congestion around the project site. This is due to a shift in traffic that causes vehicle density, especially at peak hours. In addition, during the construction period, traffic will be affected by heavy vehicles coming in and out of the project as well as the placement of heavy equipment that requires land to support the smooth running of construction activities, causing increased travel time due to a decrease in speed caused by vehicle queues that occur. The study was conducted by taking primary data in the form of number of trips (pcu/hour) and road inventory data affected by the construction of the Bogor Sukabumi Double Track Project, while secondary data in the form of population data and the growth rate of vehicle traffic at the relevant agencies. Data processing is carried out using the "four step models" method with analysis on the existing period, construction period, operational period until the next 5 years after the building operates by providing mitigation and handling impacts due to the construction of the Bogor Sukabumi Double Track Project through management and engineering. traffic that is rated appropriately to minimize poor traffic performance.
