Pada pembangunan jembatan utama pada Proyek Aksesibilitas Bandara Soekarno-Hatta menggunakan salah satu alat berat yaitu formtraveller (perancah bergerak) dengan menggunakan metode balanced cantilever. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui nilai rencana dan realisasi produktifitas dan untuk mengetahui total waktu dan biaya realisasi dari pekerjaan formtraveller dalam pembangunan struktur jembatan box girder dengan metode balance cantilever. Terjadinya ketidaksesuaian antara produktivitas rencana dan realisasinya, penulis merasa perlu untuk meninjau dan menganalisis agar dapat mengetahui perbandingan produktivitas rencana dan realisasi penggunaan alat berat Formtraveller dengan Metode Balance Cantilever box girder pada Proyek Lanjutan Aksesibilitas Bandara Soekarno Hatta. Analisa perhitungan dilakukan dengan cara menghitung volume pekerjaan formtraveller,perhitungan kapasitas produksi,perhitungan durasi dan perhitungan biaya pelaksanaan sehingga didapatkan total waktu dan biaya realisasi pekerjaan formtraveller yang diperloleh untuk penyelesaian pekerjaan 1 segmen box girder adalah 12 hari dengan total biaya Rp 208.326.636, /segmen ,dengan nilai produktif rencana pekerjaan formtraveller yaitu 37,5% dan nilai produktif realisasi yaitu pekerjaan formtraveller yaitu 16,67% .

The purpose of this study is to determine the value of the plan and the realization of productivity and to determine the total time and cost of the realization of the formtraveller work in the construction of the box girder bridge structure with the balance cantilever method. The occurrence of a discrepancy between the productivity of the plan and realization, the authors feel the need to review and analyze in order to find out the comparison of the productivity of the plan and the realization of the use of Formtraveller heavy equipment with the Balance Cantilever box girder Method in the Advanced Accessibility Project of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Calculation analysis is carried out by calculating the volume of formtraveller work, calculating production capacity, calculating duration and calculating implementation costs so that the total time and cost of realizing formtraveller work obtained for completing the work of 1 box girder segment is 12 days with a total cost of Rp. 208,326,636,- /segment, with the productive value of the formtraveller work plan that is 37.5% and the realized productive value of the formtraveller work that is 16.67%.
