Abstract
Aspal Porus merupakan aspal yang memiliki porositas yang tinggi dengan tujuan aspal mampu mengalirkan air secara horizontal, maupun vertikal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik campuran aspal porus terhadap penambahan filler abu ampas tebu (AAT) dan pajang serat sabut kelapa. Syarat- syarat kareteristik dan metode pengujian aspal porus,berdasarkan spesifikasi Australian Asphalt Pavement Association (AAPA). Penentuan kadar aspal optimum (KAO) bedasarkan AAPA dan diperoleh menggunkan parameter yaitu; Catanbro Loss (CL), Void In Mix (VIM), dan Asphalt Flow Down (AFD) dengan menggunakan variasi kadar aspal 4%, 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, 6% dengan syarat hasil KAO bekisar antar 4-6%. Berdarsarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai KAO sebesar 5%, kemudian dibuat benda uji berdasarkan nilai KAO dengan penambahan filler AAT dengan variasi 0%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 9% dan serat sabut kelapa dengan kadar 2% dan panjang 2cm. Dari pengujian menggunkan bahan tambah, diperoleh hasil dengan nilai VIM menurun dan Nilai MQ meningkat serta nilai stabilitas semakin meningkat dengan nilai tertinggi pada kadar AAT 9 % dengan nilai 688.17 Kg, flow mengalami penurunan 11% dengan nilai 3.17 mm.
Porus asphalt is asphalt that has a high porosity with the aim of asphalt is able to drain water horizontally, or vertically. This study aims to find out the characteristics of asphalt pours mixture against the addition of cane pulp ash fillers (AAT) and coconut fiber display. Rubberistic requirements and porous asphalt testing methods, based on Australian Asphalt Pavement Association (AAPA) specifications. Determination of optimum asphalt content (KAO) based on AAPA and obtained using parameters namely; Catanbro Loss (CL), Void In Mix (VIM), and Asphalt Flow Down (AFD) using asphalt content variations of 4%, 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, 6% with the condition that KAO results range between 4 6%. Based on the results of the study obtained KAO value of 5%, then made test objects based on kao value with the addition of filler AAT with variations of 0%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 9% and coconut fiber with a content of 2% and length of 2cm. From the testing using added materials, obtained results with Vim value decreased and MQ value increased and stability value increased with the highest value at AAT level of 9 %688.17 Kg with flow value decreased by 11% with a value of 3.17 mm.
