YPK-PLN has 14 (fourteen) affiliate companies that has the obligation to provide financial reports periodically. These financial statements should be reported on each quarter within one year. Currently YPK-PLN has used SALAMAN as application systems for reporting financial affiliate in web-based. In general, the earlier application already supports the needs for affiliation to report each quarter. But there are several obstacles including the lack of media monitoring function calculates the deviation and results of performance of the financial statements of affiliates.The purpose of this research is to design and build information systems of financial management report on the Yayasan Pendidikan dan Kesejahteraan PLN. Later that YPK-PLN can monitor the performance of the whole affiliates in one dashboard, both financial report and financial performance. The result of financial performance are determined based on financial ratio of each affiliate including the Operating Ratio, Average Collection Period, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio. The results also prove that the results of the performance of affiliate financial ratio have an important role to YPK-PLN in determining whether the implanting of shares in the concerned company was the right decision.

YPK-PLN memiliki 14 (empat belas) afiliasi perusahaan yang memiliki kewajiban memberikan laporan keuangan secara berkala. Laporan keuangan tersebut harus dilaporkan setiap triwulan dalam satu tahun. Saat ini YPK-PLN telah menggunakan SALAMAN sebagai sistem aplikasi untuk melaporkan keuangan afiliasi yang berbasis web. Secara umum aplikasi sebelumnya sudah mendukung kebutuhan afiliasi untuk melaporkan keuangan setiap triwulan. Akan tetapi terdapat beberapa kendala diantaranya adalah belum adanya media monitoring deviasi dan fungsi menghitung hasil kinerja dari laporan keuangan afiliasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem informasi laporan manajemen keuangan pada Yayasan Pendidikan dan Kesejahteraan PLN. Kemudian agar YPK-PLN dapat memantau kinerja seluruh afiliasi dalam satu dashboard, baik kinerja dan keuangan. Hasil Kinerja ditentukan berdasarkan rasio keuangan setiap afiliasi yang diantaranya adalah Operating Ratio, Average Collection Period, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa Hasil Kinerja dari rasio keuangan afiliasi memiliki peranan yang penting untuk YPK-PLN dalam menentukan apakah menanamkan saham pada perusahaan yang bersangkutan adalah keputusan yang tepat.
