Abstract

Kadar aspal merupakan salah satu faktor yang terpenting diperhatikan untuk mencapai umur maksimum suatu jalan. Metoda yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan cara ekstrasi, refluks dengan benda uji AMP. Refluks adalah campuran aspal yang dilarutkan dengan bahan pelarut aspal Three Chloro Ethelyn (TCE) dengan cara pencucian jernih, sehingga bahan aspal dengan agregat terpisah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian perbandingan kadar aspal hasil ekstrasi dengan menggunakan 8 sampel AMP. Dari hasil pengujian ekstrasi kadar aspal AMP, nilai aspal semakin berkurang .Dari hasil tersebut rata-rata kadar aspal AC-BC 5,49% sedangkan pada data job mix formula 5,62% dan rata rata kadar aspal AC-WC sebesar 5.88% sedangkan pada data job mix formula 6,05%. Dan untuk hasil pengujian analisa saringan AC-BC dan AC-WC masih memenuhi spesifikasi bina marga 2018 revisi 2 yaitu antara batas atas dan batas bawah.

Results Based on the comparison study of asphalt content extracted using 8 samples of AMP. From the results of the AMP asphalt content extraction test, the asphalt value is decreasing. From these results the average AC-BC asphalt content is 5.49% while the job mix formula data is 5.62% and the average AC-WC asphalt content is 5 ,88 %,% while the job mix formula data is 6.05%. And for the results of the AC-BC and AC-WC filter analysis tests, they still meet the 2018 revision 2 of the Bina Marga specification, which is between the upper and lower limits.
