Pada pekerjaan tangga precast dan konvensional pada proyek Tokyo Riverside Apartment memiliki perbedaan dari segi biaya maupun waktunya. Dalam penelitian ini analisis biaya mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomor 28 / PRT / M / 2016 Tahun 2016 dan durasi waktu pekerjaan didapatkan berdasarkan hasil wawancara dari beberapa ahli di lapangan. Total biaya pada pekerjaan tangga konvensional sebesar Rp. 123.675.823,73 dan waktu yang dibutuhkan pekerjaan tangga konvensional adalah selama 70 hari. Total biaya pada pekerjaan tangga precast sebesar Rp. 122.835.951,48 dan waktu yang dibutuhkan pekerjaan tangga precast adalah selama 42 hari. Selisih total biaya antara pekerjaan tangga konvensional dengan pekerjaan tangga precast adalah sebesar Rp. 839.872,25, semantara selisih waktu keduanya adalah selama 28 hari. Dengan begitu pekerjaan tangga precast lebih efisien dan efektif dari segi biaya dan waktu jika dibanding dengan pekerjaan tangga konvensional.

In the precast and conventional staircase work on the Tokyo Riverside Apartment project, there are differences in terms of cost and time. In this study, the cost analysis refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Number 28 / PRT / M / 2016 Year 2016 and the duration of the work is obtained based on the results of interviews from several experts in the field. The total cost of conventional stair work is Rp. 123,675,823.73 and the time required for conventional ladder work is 70 days. The total cost of precast ladder work is Rp. 122.835.951,48 and the time required for precast ladder work is 42 days. The difference in total cost between conventional ladder work and precast ladder work is Rp. 839.872,25, while the time difference between the two is 28 days. That way the precast ladder work is more efficient and effective in terms of cost and time when compared to conventional ladder work.
