Abstract
Untuk Peningkatan pelayanan pelanggan serta mengurangi angka kerugian, PT. PLN melakukan upaya berupa penekanan angka susut energi yang terjadi akibat faktor non teknis. Susut energi non teknis adalah adanya selisih antara energi yang digunakan pelanggan dengan energi yang terukur yang diakibatkan faktor diluar sistem jaringan seperti kesalahan pembacaan meter atau kesalahan alat pengukuran. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan kasus tidak sesuainya rasio CT dengan daya kontrak pelanggan sebesar 197 kVA yang mengakibatkan kenaikan nilai susut energi. Sehingga penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dilakukan dimana peneliti melihat permasalahan secara langsung serta menggunakan data load profile energy, daya kontrak, kelas dan rasio CT pelanggan sebagai variabel penelitian. Pada saat kondisi pemakaian beban sebesar 52%, terhitung nilai susut energi pada rasio CT 350/5 A sebesar 99616,228 kWh/7 hari serta pada rasio CT 300/5 A, terhitung nilai susut energi sebesar 85385,338 kWh/7 hari. Sedangkan pada saat kondisi pemakaian beban sebesar 64%, terhitung nilai susut energi pada rasio CT 300/5 A sebesar 98521,544 kWh/7 hari serta pada rasio CT 350/5 A terhitung nilai susut energi sebesar 107279,048 kWh/7 hari. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa nilai susut energi dipengaruhi oleh rasio CT yang digunakan dengan daya kontrak pelanggan.
For customer service enhancement and reduce the number of losses, PT. PLN making efforts in suppressing the numbers of power losses that occur due to non-technical factors. Non-technical power losses are the deviation between the power used by the customer with measured power caused factors out of electrical network systems like meter reading errors or errors of measurement devices. In this research, founded case incompatibility CT ratio with customer power contract number amount 197 kVA which resulted in increases to the value of energy losses. So, the research with quantitative methods carried out in which researchers looked at the problem directly and use the data of load energy profile, the power contract, the class and the CT ratio as a variable customer research. At the time of load consumption by 52%, calculated value of energy losses in the CT ratio of 350/5 A 99616,228 kWh / 7 days as well as on the CT ratio 300/5 A, accounting for the value of energy losses amounted to 85385,338 kWh / 7 days. Meanwhile, when the conditions for use of the load by 64%, accounting for the value of energy losses in the CT ratio of 300/5 A 98521,544 kWh / 7 days as well as on the CT ratio 350/5 A calculated value of the energy losses of 107279,048 kWh / 7 days. So, it can be seen that the value of the energy losses are influenced by the CT ratio that is used to power the customer contract.
