Abstract

Pada sistem distribusi tenaga listrik terdapat Transformator yang berguna untuk mendistribusikan tenaga listrik melalui saluran dari gardu induk ke konsumen. Tetapi tidak terlepas dari masalah, masih terdapat gangguan yang perlu dianalisa, diantaranya gangguan hubung singkat. Untuk melokalisasi gangguan tersebut diperlukan sistem proteksi yang memenuhi persyaratan sensitifitas, keandalan, selektifitas dan kecepatan. Peralatan proteksi yang sering digunakan pada sistem distribusi adalah over current relay (OCR), yaitu relai yang berfungsi memberi perintah PMT untuk membuka, sehingga saluran yang terganggu dipisahkan dari jaringan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan pada transformator 60 MVA didapatkan arus gangguan hubung singkat 3 fasa sebesar 13,659 kA, dengan nilai time multiple second (TMS) outgoing sebesar 0,3 detik dan incoming feeder sebesar 0,6 detik berdasarkan dari hasil perhitungan maka relay yang dipasang bekerja sesuai waktu tunda yang telah didapatkan jadi, relay tersebut akan bekerja sesuai dengan daerah atau wilayah jangkauannya, ketika ada arus lebih maka relay tersebut memproteksi komponen peralatan agar tidak terjadi trip meluas.

In the electric power distribution system there is a transformer that is useful for distributing electricity through channels from the substation to consumers. But not apart from problems, there are still disorders that need to be analyzed, including short circuit interference. To localize the disturbance a protection system is needed that meets the sensitivity, reliability, selectivity and speed requirements. Protection equipment that is often used in distribution systems is over current relay (OCR), which is a relay that functions to give PMT commands to open, so that the disrupted channels are separated from the network. Based on the results of calculations that have been done on the 60 MVA transformer, the three-phase short circuit fault current is 13,659 kA, with an outgoing time multiple second (TMS) value of 0.3 second and an incoming feeder of 0.6 second based on the calculation results. relays installed work according to the delay that has been obtained so, the relay will work in accordance with the area or coverage area, when there is an overcurrent, the relay protects the equipment components so that it does not expand.
