Dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi sering terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara rencana dan realisasi, seperti terjadinya keterlambatan dalam proses pelaksanaan proyek. kertelambatan proyek dapat terjadi akibat beberapa faktor seperti perubahan desain, kondisi alam dan kesalahan dalam perencanaan. Sehingga dapat mengakibatkan waktu penyelesaian proyek bertambah atau lebih lama. Maka dari itu diperlukan percepatan waktu penyelesaian proyek untuk mengatasi terjadinya keterlambatan proyek. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisa percepatan waktu penyelesaian proyek konstruksi pada Proyek Pembangunan Rusunami DP 0 Rupiah Nuansa Cilangkap Jakarta Timur. Dimana dalam pelaksanaan proyek sempat terjadi keterlambatan proyek selama 2 bulan. Maka dari itu diperlukannya percepatan waktu penyelesaian proyek untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan alternatif percepatan dengan penambahan jam kerja (lembur) dengan metode Time Cost Trade Off. Penambahan jam kerja dalam pneleitian ini adalah 1 jam, 2 jam dan 3 jam. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan percepatan waktu dengan biaya optimum. Dari hasil analisa dalam penelitian ini didapatkan waktu percepatan dengan biaya optimum yaitu dengan penerapan alternatif penambahan jam kerja (lembur) 2 jam dan didapatkan durasi proyek 618 hari dengan percepatan 0.81% dari durasi normal dan total biaya sebesar Rp. 278.880.146.791 lebih hemat 0.07% dari biaya normal proyek.

In this study will be conducted analysis of the acceleration of the completion time of construction projects in the Rusunami DP 0 Rupiah Nuance Cilangkap East Jakarta Development Project. Where in the implementation of the project there was a delay of the project for 2 months. Therefore, the need to accelerate the completion time of the project to overcome this. In this study used alternative acceleration with the addition of working hours (overtime) with the method of Time Cost Trade Off. The addition of working hours in this pneleitian is 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours. The goal in this study is to get the acceleration of time at optimum cost. From the results of the analysis in this study obtained acceleration time with optimum costs, namely by the application of alternative addition of working hours (overtime) 2 hours and obtained a project duration of 618 days with an acceleration of 0.81% of the normal duration and a total cost of Rp. 278.880.146.791 more efficient 0.07% of the normal cost of the project.
