Abstract

The water demineralization system in the main cooling system is very necessary as a seawater purification device as a cooling system raw material from the PLTGU. The ion exchanger is a reversible chemical process between the liquid and the solid. Ion exchangers use resin as a catch for impurity ions which are then regenerated after the resin becomes saturated. The standard of conductivity value of the demineralization plant product is 1μS then the Demineralization plant must be regenerated, so that the conductivity of the water is 1μS, it will cause corrosion in the equipment contained in the plant.
