Proyek pengerjaan gedung koperasi dan UKM Kota Tanggerang Selatan direncanakan akan selesai dalam kurun waktu 539 yang dimulai pada 22 Januari 2018 sampai 14 Juli 2019. Berdasarkan laporan realisasi pada minggu ke 21 nilai deviasi pekerjaan fisik mingguan adalah -0,371. Untuk mempercepat pengerjaan proyek maka perlu dilakukan percepatan dengan analisis metode Time Cost Trade Off. Percepatan dilakukan dengan menambah shift kerja sebanyak 3x shift kerja dengan durasi 8 jam/shift. Dilakukan kompresi jalur kritis dari network diagram menggunakan Microsoft project guna mencari durasi optimum. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh durasi optimum selama 77 hari dalam pekerjaan arsitektur dengan biaya total sebesar Rp70.216.520.665,27 dibandingkan durasi normal selama 539 hari dengan biaya total Rp 70.150.237.470,84. Hal ini menunjukkan pengerjaan proyek dapat dipercepat selama 63 hari dengan tambahan biaya sebesar Rp 66.283.194,43
