Abstract

Tenaga listrik merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok saat ini. Oleh karenanya tenaga listrik harus tersedia secara ekonomis dengan memperhatikan mutunya baik tegangan maupun arus dan frekuensi beserta keandalannya. Guna menjaga kelangsungan saluran tenaga listrik diperlukan proteksi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Sistem proteksi harus memenuhi persyaratan yaitu aman atau stabil, peka, andal, cepat, dan selektif sehingga apabila terjadi gangguan maka sistem proteksi akan bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya sebagai pengaman. Apabila salah satu syarat tidak terpenuhi, maka jika terjadi gangguan akan mengakibatkan pemadaman yang luas dan menimbulkan kerusakan, gangguan dipenyulang 20 kV di Gardu Induk Sentul yang mengakibatkan PMT bekerja di incoming 20 kV serta sisi PMT 150 kV trafo sehingga mengakibatkan usia atau kinerja trafo menurun. Proyek akhir ini membahas tentang penyetelan relai arus lebih pada incoming 20kv di gardu induk Sentul. Penyetelan relai didapat nilai arus oaling besar pada arus gangguan hubung singkat 3 fasa yaitu 12.500,141 A dengan penyetelan waktu 1 detik. Dengan hasil tersebut biasa digunakan untuk penyetelan relai arus lebih.

Electric power is one of the basic needs at this time. Therefore electricity must be economically available by paying attention to the quality of both voltage and current and frequency and reliability. In order to maintain the continuity of the electric power line, protection is needed in accordance with needs. The protection system must meet the requirements of being safe or stable, sensitive, reliable, fast, and selective so that in the event of a disruption the protection system will work in accordance with its function as a safeguard. If one of the conditions is not met, then in the event of an interruption it will result in extensive blackouts and damage, 20 kV pulverized interference at Sentul Substation which results in PMT working at 20 kV incoming and 150 kV PMT transformer side resulting in decreased transformer age or performance. This final project discusses the setting of over current relays in incoming 20kv in Sentul substation. Relay adjustment is obtained by the value of large oaling current on the 3 phase short circuit fault current which is 12,500,141 A with a time setting of 1 second. With these results, it is usually used to adjust overcurrent relays.
