Minimnya pengetahuan tentang keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja pada proyek pembangunan hotel Samratulangi Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor kecelakaan kerja (K3) yang terjadi dalam proyek Konstruksi dan mengetahui Level Kecelakaan Kerja dan Kesehatan pada proyek Hotel.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan proses penyatuan data untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan yang menggunakan Data Sekunder. Data sekunder adalah data yang didapatkan dari perusahaan yang terkait untuk dapat dilihat dokumentasi perusahaan, buku-buku referensi, serta informasi lain dimana berkaitan dengan penelitian.Dari hasil analisis level keselamatan danKesehatan kerja pada proyek pembangunan hotel Samratulangi Jakarta maka diambil kesimpulan yaitu berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja seperti Faktor manusia,Faktor kelalaian serta Faktor material,sehingga faktor tersebut paling dominan menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja.Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan analisis dilapangan langsung level keselamatandanKesehatan kerja pada proyek hotel Samratulangi ini masih dalam kategori sedang karena jenis kecelakaan yang terjadi masih bisa ditangani oleh ahli K3 langsung. Diperlukan pengawasan yang lebih ketika proses pekerjaan proyek berlangsung, seperti pengawasan terhadap kebersihan dan keamanan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan diharapkan kepada pekerja dilapangan agar selalu menggunakan helem proyek serta safety shoes dan perlengkapan lainnya sesuai pekerjaannya untuk keselamatan bersama.

From the analysis of the level of occupational safety and health of the Jakarta samratulangi hotel construction project, the conclusion is drawn that based on the results of research in the field there are several factors that cause work accidents such as human factors, negligence factors and material factors, so that the most dominant factors cause work accidents. Based on the results of processing and analysis of data in the field directly the level of safety and health work on the Samratulangi hotel project is still in the moderate category because the type of accident that occurred can still be handled by K3 experts indirectly. Further supervision is required when the project process takes place, such as hygiene and safety supervision to minimize the occurrence of work accidents and it is expected to workers in the field to always usethe helem projectas well asother complete safetyshoes and equipment in accordancewith their work for the sake of mutual safety.
