Abstract
MOV Desuperheater merupakan peralatan motor yang berfungsi untuk menggerakkan valve yang akan mengoperasikan spray pada Desuperheater. Desuperheater akan beroperasi ketika temperatur pada line superheater diatas 487°C. Desuperheater menurunkan temperatur tinggi dengan cara men-spray air dari HP Feed Water kedalam line superheater. Pada MOV Desuperheater terdapat rangkaian listrik yang digambarkan dalam suatu wiring diagram. Wiring diagram sendiri adalah gambaran suatu rangkaian listrik yang memberikan informasi secara detail tentang simbol rangkaian hingga koneksi rangkaian tersebut dengan komponen lain. Pada Overhaul Turbin Inspection di PLTGU Unit 1.1 UP Gresik terdapat WO penggantian MOV Desuperheater. Pada penggantian MOV Desuperheater ini terdapat perbedaan wiring diagram pada MOV Desuperheater baru dengan sistem yang digunakan pada unit, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan re-wiring pada wiring diagram MOV Desuperheater yang baru agar dapat digunakan dan sesuai dengan sistem yang digunakan. Setelah melakukan re-wiring¸ torque switch perlu disetting pada posisi 3 di baut, agar tidak terjadi kebocoran pada fluida yang dialirkan oleh MOV. Penyettingan limit switch dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa pada saat valve terbuka dan kontak limit switch terbuka belum tertekan maka baut adjust harus dikencangkan. Dan pada saat valve tertutup tapi kontak limit switch tertutup belum tertekan maka baut adjust harus dikendurkan.
MOV Desuperheater is a motor equipment that serves to drive the valve that will operate the spray on Desuperheater. The desuperheater will operate when the temperature on the superheater line is above 487 ° C. Desuperheater lowers the high temperature by spraying water from HP Feed Water into the superheater line. In the MOV Desuperheater there is a series of electrical controls described in a wiring diagram. Wiring diagram itself is a picture of an electrical circuit that provides detailed information about the circuit symbol to the circuit connection with other components. On the Overhaul Turbine Inspection in PLTGU Unit 1.1 UP Gresik there is WO MOV Desuperheater replacement. In this MOV Desuperheater replacement there is a different wiring diagram in the new MOV Desuperheater with the system used on the unit, therefore it is necessary to re-wiring the new MOV Desuperheater wiring diagram to be used and in accordance with the system used. After the re-wiring, the torque switch needs to be positioned at position 3 on the bolt, so no leakage occurs in the fluid delivered by MOV. The switch limit setting is done to ensure that when the valve is open and the open limit switch contact is not pressed the adjusting bolt needs to be tightened . And when the valve is closed but the closed limit switch contact has not been pressed then the adjusting bolt should be loosened.
