Abstract

Untuk menjamin pasokan listrik ke konsumen, kinerja transformator tenaga mempunyai peran yang sangat penting. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem proteksi yang baik dan handal pada transformator tenaga terhadap gangguan. Kualitas sistem proteksi transformator tenaga sangat dipengaruhi oleh kordinasi kerja relai diferensial sebagai pengaman utama transformator tenaga. Relay differential mempunyai beberapa syarat yang harus dipenuhi sebagai pengaman, diantaranya: CT yang digunakan harus mempunyai ratio perbandingan yang sama sehingga Ip = Is serta sambungan dan polaritas CT1 dan CT2 sama. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan setting relai diferensial dengan perhitungan pemilihan ratio CT, setting relay differential itu sendiri dan error mismatch. Pada proyek akhir ini, yang dilakukan pada transformator no. 9 pada GIS 150/20 kV Pulo Gadung, didapatkan setting relai 1,5 A, rasio CT1 adalah 300/5, rasio CT2 sebesar 2000/5 dan error mismatch 1,125%

To ensure the supply of electricity to consumers, the performance of power transformer has very important role. Therefore, the system needed a good and reliable protection on power transformer to the fault. The quality of power transformer protection system is strongly influenced by the differential relay coordination as the main seat of power transformer. Differential relay has several requirements that must be met to work as a safety. Firstly, the CT used must have the same ratio so that Ip = Is and the connections and polarity of CT1 and CT2 must be equal. It is necessary to set the differential relay by using the calculation of CT ratio selection, the differential relay settings, and mismatch error. In this final project, that do on the transformer no. 9 at GIS 150/20 kV Pulo Gadung, obtained relay setting 1.5 A, CT1 ratio is 300/5, CT2 ratio is 2000/5 and error mismatch 1.125%.
