Kemajuan teknologi yang berkembang secara cepat dan dinamis membuat banyak perusahaan berusaha meningkatkan kualitas teknologinya agar bisa bertahan pada kondisi persaingan pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Terdapat faktor penting dalam menentukan pemilihan alat berat antara lain jenis peralatan, kapasitas alat dan jumlah alat. Adapun alat berat yang digunakan antara lain concrete pump dan concrete bucket. Setiap alat pekerjaan pengecoran yang dipergunakan akan menghasilkan hasil produktivitas yang berbeda dan sangat berpengaruh pada durasi pengecoran serta sangat berkaitan pada biaya yang akan digunakan pada penyelesaian proyek. Setelah dilakukan analisis dari data pembahasan produktivitas dan biaya alat pada proyek pembangunan apartemen 57 – promenade, diperoleh hasil tingkat produktivitas pada alat concrete pump sebesar 19,78 m³/jam, dan untuk concrete bucket sebesar 6,1 m³/jam. Sedangkan dari segi biaya penggunaan alat diperoleh hasil concrete pump sebesar Rp.4.658.059 dan untuk biaya penggunaan alat concrete bucket sebesar Rp.11.985.059

A concrete pump and a concrete bucket are used for construction equipment. every foundry work tool used would produced different results, affects the duration of the foundry and closely related to the costs that will be used at the completion of the project. After analyzing the data, productivity and equipment costs in an apartment building project 57 – promenade, the results of the productivity of the tool are 19,78 m³/hour and for concrete bucket are 6,1 m³/hour. In terms of the cost of using these tools, the results of the concrete pump are Rp.4.658.208 and for the cost of using a concrete bucket are Rp.11.985.059
