Keterlambatan proyek merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi pada setiap proyek yang berlangsung. Pada proyek pembangunan Gedung DPRD Kabupaten Pemalang ini mengalami keterlambatan pada beberapa aktivitas pekerjaan. Pada penelitian ini penulis bertujuan untuk menganalisa tentang Keterlambatan yang terjadi dengan metode analisa WHAT IF. Dengan mencari CPM yang didapat melalui hasil penjadwalan dengan MOP(Microsoft Office Project) Hasil yang didapat pada dengan analisa WHAT IF untuk asumsi 10% total waktu lembur 11,9jam dengan biaya Rp. 317.609.141 dan untuk total pekerja adalah 11 pekerja dengan total biaya Rp. 126.240.625. Untuk asumsi 20 % diapatkan total lembur dan total biaya adalah 17,7 jam dengan total biaya Rp 453.659.792 dan untuk total pekerja adalah 26 orang dengan total biaya Rp. 252.481.250. Untuk asumsi 30% didapatkan total untuk waktu lembur adalah 30,3 jam dengan total biaya Rp 719.814.193 dan total untuk pekerja adalah 31 orang dengan total biaya Rp. 378.721.875

In this study the author aims to analyze the delays that occur with the WHAT IF analysis method. By looking for the CPM obtained through the results of scheduling with MOP (Microsoft Office Project) The results obtained with the WHAT IF analysis for the assumption of 10% of the total overtime time is 11.9 hours at a cost of Rp. 317,609,141 and for a total of 11 workers with a total cost of Rp. 126,240,625.
