Abstract
Instrument Air Compressor berfungsi untuk supply udara pada peralatan peralatan atau instrument control dan peralatan yang digerakan atau di atur dengan pneumatic. Seperti: damper, control valve dan selenoid valve. IAC dioperasikan dilokal, operator lokal dapat menstart, menstop, dan memanuver IAC. Pada saat operator lokal ingin mengoperasikan IAC, mula-mula toggle switch ‘Man-Auto’ dibuat ke Manual, setelah itu operator dapat menstart maupun menstop IAC tersebut. Saat operator memindahkan toggle switch ke manual IAC akan Unloading. Ketika operator lokal memindahkan toggle switch dari Auto ke Manual di DCIS control room tidak ada indikasi manual, atau dalam arti operator control room hanya mengetaui IAC tersebut masih dalam keadaan Auto. Dengan merubah wiring diagram kita dapat memberi indikasi Manual di CCR. Karena jika IAC tidak dapat dipantau dari CCR dapat mengakibatkan IAC tersebut Unloading dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Apabila ini terjadi maka damper, selonoid valve, maupun control valve tidak akan beroperasi, ini akan mengakibatkan boiler trip, saat boiler trip unit akan trip juga. Mengubah/mengganti toggle switch dengan saklar Double Pole Single Throw, ketika switch diposisi Auto kontaktor K1.1 mendapat sumber dan memberi indikasi auto ke CCR. Lalu ketika switch di posisi manual, switch open sama juga dengan switch yang ada di sebelum kontaktor K1.1, jadi kontaktor K1.1 tidak mendapat sumber, ini akan mengindikasikan manual di CCR.
Instrument Air Compressor serves to supply air to equipment or instrument control and equipment that is moved or arranged with pneumatic. Such as: damper, control valve and selenoid valve. IAC is operated locally, local operator can start menstop, menstop, and maneuver IAC. When the local operator wants to operate the IAC, initially the 'Man-Auto' toggle switch is made to the Manual, after which the operator can start and start the IAC. When the operator moves the toggle switch to the IAC manual it will Unloading. When the local operator moves the toggle switch from Auto to Manual in the DCIS control room there is no manual indication, or in the sense that the control room operator only knows the IAC is still Auto. By changing the wiring diagram we can give manual indication in CCR. Because if the IAC can not be monitored from the CCR may result in the IAC being Unloading for long periods of time. If this happens then the damper, selonoid valve, or control valve will not operate, this will result in boiler trip, when boiler trip unit will trip too. Change / replace toggle switch with Double Pole Single Throw switch, when switch is positioned Auto contactor K1.1 gets source and gives auto indication to CCR. Then when the switch is in manual position, the open switch is the same as the switch in before the K1.1 contactor, so the K1.1 contactor does not get the source, this will indicate the manual in CCR.
