Proses pembangunan proyek konstruksi pada umumnya merupakan kegiatan yang banyak mengandung unsur bahaya. Hal tersebut menyebabkan industri konstruksi memiliki catatan yang buruk dalam hal keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Menurut (Abduh M. Chahlul 2012) di Indonesia tingkat kecelakaan kerja merupakan salah satu yang tertinggi di dunia, sedikitnya pada tahun 2012 terjadi 65.000 kasus kecelakaan kerja. Data tersebut diperkirakan 50% yang tercatat oleh Jamsostek dari jumlah sebenarnya. Dari data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja tertinggi pada bidang konstruksi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah: Mengetahui diantara faktor-faktor keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap Kinerja Pekerja Kontruksi (Studi kasus Proyek Seksi A Pembangunan 6 (Enam) Ruas Jalan Tol Kelapa Gading – Pulo Gebang Kota Jakarta). didapatkan hasil bahwa pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) yang berlangsung di Kota Jakarta mengutamakan keselamatan dan mengingatkan pekerja dan masyarakat yang berada di dalam proyek dengan cara pemasangan sign board keselamatan kerja, pemasangan rambu atau informasi mengenai proyek, pagar proyek atau larangan mendekati proyek, dan jalur penyelamatan untuk para pekerja didalam proyek.

The process of building a construction project is generally an activity that contains many hazardous elements. This has resulted in the construction industry having a poor record in terms of occupational safety and health. According to (Abduh M. Chahlul 2012) in Indonesia, the rate of work accidents is one of the highest in the world, at least in 2012 there were 65,000 cases of work accidents. The data is estimated to be 50% recorded by Jamsostek of the actual number. From these data, it shows that the highest number of work accidents is in the construction sector. The purpose of this paper is: To determine the factors of occupational safety and health (K3) on the Performance of Construction Workers (Case Study of Section A Development Project 6 (Six) Toll Roads Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang, Jakarta City). The results show that the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) which takes place in the city of Jakarta prioritizes safety and reminds workers and the community who are in the project by installing a work safety sign board, installing signs or information about the project, project fences or prohibitions on approaching the project, and rescue lines for workers on the project.
