Electric energy plays a strategic role in supporting national economic development, which is evidenced by the increasing electricity sales in Indonesia. This research aims to comprehensively analyze the influence of technical variables, namely energy losses (kWh) and customer connected capacity, as well as the economic variable of electricity tariffs, on electricity sales by PT PLN (Persero). A quantitative approach employing multiple linear regression analysis was utilized, based on historical data from 2010 to 2023. The results indicated that energy losses in kWh have a negative but insignificant correlation with electricity sales, suggesting that although energy losses negatively impact available supply, their direct influence on sales value is limited. Conversely, electricity tariffs exhibited a significantly negative correlation, implying that higher tariffs effectively reduce electricity sales. Furthermore, customer connected capacity demonstrated a highly significant positive relationship, indicating that expanding the electrical infrastructure's capacity substantially increases the overall potential for electricity sales. These findings can serve as a foundation for PT PLN (Persero) in formulating more comprehensive strategic policies, particularly in tariff adjustments and infrastructure capacity enhancements, to effectively sustain long-term economic growth and ensure robust energy management
