Pelaksanaan Proyek Apartement 57 Promenade tidak luput dari pekerjaan pengecoran beton khususnya pada pengecoran pelat lantai. Pekerjaan pengecoran ini dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung dilapangan dengan dibantu oleh Assistant Engineer. Pada penelitian ini penulis ingin menganalisa tentang risiko yang terjadi dilihat dari kualitas beton. Dari hasil penelitian untuk menganalisa kualitas beton adalah dengan melakukan pengamatan pekerjaan pengecoran beton khususnya pada pengecoran pelat lantai agar kemudian didapat hasil kualitas pengecoran dimana kualiatas tersebut mengalami kerusakan atau sebaliknya, lalu dilanjutkan dengan cara mengurangi kerusakan tersebut. Dapat diambil juga kesimpulan bahwa risiko yang terjadi saat pengecoran pelat lantai beton yaitu segregasi, shrinkage dan bug holes .

The implementation of the Apartement 57 Promenade Construction Project was not spared from concrete casting work especially in floor plate casting. This casting job is carried out by direct observation in the field with the assistance of an Assistant Engineer. In this study the authors wanted to analyze the risks that occur in terms of concrete quality. From the results of research to analyze the quality of concrete is to observe concrete casting work, especially in floor plate casting so that the quality of the casting results can be obtained where the quality is damaged or vice versa, then proceed by reducing the damage. It can also be concluded that the risks that occur when casting concrete columns are segregation, shrinkage and bug holes.
