The phenomenon of global climate change, the reliability level of the energy system, and infrastructure play a strategic role in the fluctuation of electricity consumption. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence household electricity consumption in the service area of PLN Customer Service Unit (ULP) Praya, Central Lombok. The three independent variables analyzed include monthly average temperature, the number of distribution disturbances per month, and installed capacity. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software, utilizing monthly data from 2022 to 2024. The results show that monthly average temperature have a positive and significant effect on household electricity consumption, where an increase of 1°C in the average monthly temperature will increase electricity consumption by 167,656.406 kWh, while the number of distribution disturbances does not have a statistically significant effect. These findings provide strategic implications for PLN in formulating electricity service policies, particularly in planning installed capacity and managing the impacts of temperature changes. Meanwhile, although distribution disturbances are not statistically significant in this model, improving network quality remains essential to ensure customer comfort and service reliability
