Abstract

ANALISIS PENGARUH VARIASI BEBAN TERHADAP SPESIFIC FUEL
CONSUMPTION, HEAT RATE, DAN EFISIENSI TERMAL PLTMG DI
PT.LAMONG ENERGI INDONESIA. Efisiensi termal pada suatu mesin dapat
dipengaruhi oleh variasi pembebanan yang diberikan, di mana tingkat pembebanan
mesin juga akan mempengaruhi konsumsi bahan bakar serta energi yang dibutuhkan
untuk memproduksi listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalasis tentang efisiensi
termal, konsumsi bahan bakar, dan energi pada PLTMG dengan variasi beban 2700
kW dan 3000 kW. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa efisiensi termal pada setiap
kenaikan beban juga ikut mengalami keinaikan. Nilai efisiensi termal pada setiap
kenaikan beban juga ikut mengalami kenaikan. Pada bulan Oktober 2019, November
2019, Januari 2020, Februari 2020, Maret 2020 dengan beban 2700 kW menghasilkan
nilai efisiensi termal 34,7881%, 36,224%, 36,104%, 36,759%, 36,359%. Sedangkan
pada bulan Oktober 2019, November 2019, Januari 2020, Februari 2020, Maret 2020
dengan beban 3000 kW menghasilkan nilai efisiensi termal 37,418%, 37,033%,
37,527%, 37,044%, 37,263%.
ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF LOAD VARIATIONS ON SPESIFIC FUEL
CONSUMPTION, HEAT RATE, AND THERMAL EFFICIENCY OF PLTMG
AT PT. LAMONG ENERGI INDONESIA. The thermal efficiency of an engine can
be affected by variations in the given load, the level of engine loading will also affect
fuel consumption and the energy required to produce electricity. This study aims to
analyze the thermal efficiency, fuel consumption, and energy in PLTMG with a load
variation of 2700 kW and 3000 kW. The results showed that the thermal efficiency at
every increase in load also experienced an increase. The value of thermal efficiency at
each increase in load also increases. In October 2019, November 2019, January 2020,
February 2020, March 2020 with a load of 2700 kW resulted in thermal efficiency
values of 34,7881%, 36,224%, 36,104%, 36,759%, 36.359%. Whereas in October
2019, November 2019, January 2020, February 2020, March 2020 with a load of 3000
kW resulted in a thermal efficiency value of 37.418%, 37.033%, 37.527%, 37.044%,
37.263%.
