Abstract

ANALISIS KEGAGALAN PIPA AIR HEATER PADA BOILER CIRCULATING
FLUIDIZED BED DI PLTU 2X8MW PT.BUKIT ASAM UNIT PELABUHAN TARAHAN.
Pada CFB Boiler dalam backpass terdapat pipa Air Heater yang sering mengalami sejumlah masalah yang timbul setelah pengoperasian. Salah satunya ialah terjadi penipisan atau kebocoran pada pipa Air Heater akibat overheating. Terdapat tujuan yaitu, Menganalisis faktor penyebab kegagalan material pecahnya pipa Air Heater. Dan Mengetahui mekanisme kegagalan material pecahnya pipa Air Heater. Dan kesimpulan yang di dapat Pada saat Boiler Unit 1 PLTU PT. Bukit Asam Unit Pelabuhan Tarahan, melakukan Overhoul Selama 20 hari kerja, kemungkinan menyebkan tube primary air heatermengalami kontaminasi udara dari luar sehingga dapat menyebabkan korosi, pada saat pegujian metalografi di IT PLN penulis dapat melihat terbentuknya banyak porous (lubang hitam) pada material, dan hal ini dapat menyebabkan korosi pada material tersebut.

Bukit Asam Unit Pelabuhan Tarahan, doing Overhoul For 20 working days, the possibility of causing the primary air heater tubeundergoes air contamination from the outside so that it can cause corrosion, at the time ometallographic testing in IT PLN writers can see the formation of many porous (black holes) in the material, and this can cause corrosion in the material.
