Tugas akhir yang berjudul “Analisis Produktivitas dan biaya Pekerjaaan pemasangan bekisting alumunium pelat lantai dan balok pada Proyek Apartement Kingland Avenue Tangerang Selatan” bertujuan untuk Menghitung dan mengetahui produktivitas pekerjaan Pemasangan Bekisting Alumunium Pelat Lantai Dan Balok dengan menggunakan metode Aktual di lapangan dan metode SNI yang merupakan analisis harga satuan pekerjaan yang telah tertuang di dalam peraturan menteri PUPR NO 1 TAHUN 2022.. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah produktivitas pemasangan bekisting dalam 1 m2 berdasarkan metode aktual untuk Balok dengan rata rata sebesar 25.22 m2/orang/jam sedangkan untuk Pelat lantai dengan rata rata sebesar 21.47 m2/orang/jam dan metode SNI untuk Balok dengan rata rata sebesar 507,86 m2/orang/jam sedangkan untuk Pelat lantai dengan rata rata sebesar 432,41 m2/orang/jam dan untuk harga satuan actual untuk balok sebesar Rp. 53.776,86 dan pelat lantai sebesar RP.63.428,66 Sedangkan SNI untuk balok sebesar Rp.75.075.00 dan untuk pelat lantai sebesar Rp.75.075.00. Selisih produktivitas pekerjaan balok sebesar 482,64 m2/orang/jam dan pelat lantai sebesar 410,94 m2/orang/jam sedangkan selisih biaya balok Rp. 21.298,14 dan pelat lantai sebesar Rp. 11.646,34.

Final project entitled “productivity and cost analysis of aluminum forms installation floor slabs and beams on the kingland avenue apartment project tangerang selatan ” aims to calculate and find out the productivity of the work of installing aluminum formwork, floor plates and beams using the actual method in the field and the SNI method which is an analysis of the unit price of work that has been stated in the ministerial regulation of PUPR NO. 1 YEAR 2022. The results obtained in This research is the productivity of formwork installation m21based on the actual method for beams with an average of 25.22 m2/person/hour while for floor slabs with an average of 21.47 m2/person/hour and the SNI method for beams with an average of 507,86 m2/person/hour while for floor slabs with an average of 432,41 m2/person/hour and the actual unit price for beams is Rp. 53.776,86 and floor slabs of Rp. 63,428.66 While the SNI for beams is Rp. 75.075.00 and for floor slabs is Rp. 75.075.00. the difference in productivity of beam work is 482,64 m2/person/hour dan floor slab is 410.94 m2/person/hour while the difference in beam costs is Rp 21.298,14 dan floor slab is Rp.11.646,34.
