Abstract

ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN EFISIENSI BOILER TERHADAP JUMLAH
TONASE BOTTOM ASH. Efisiensi Boiler sangat berpengaruh pada limbah hasil
pembakaran batubara. Saat efisiensi boiler tinggi maka limbah hasil pembakaran batubara
akan lebih kecil nilai nya. Begitu juga sebaliknya, saat efisiensi boiler rendah maka
limbah hasil pembakaran batubara akan lebih besar nilai nya. Penggunaan jenis batubara
yang digunakan juga sangat mempengaruhi nilai efisiensi boiler dan jumlah limbah hasil
proses pembakaran batubara.Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian
perbandingan efisiensi boiler terhadap jumlah limbah hasil proses pembakaran baatu bara
dengan menggunakan metode langsung utuk mencari nilai efisiensi boiler dan
perhitungan jumlah limbah hasil proses pembakaran dengan cara perhitungan dump truck
berisi bottom ash di kurang dumpt truck kosong di weight bridge. Dari hasil penelitian ini
dapat diketahui bahwa Efisiensi Boiler dalam 8 perhitungan 88,99%, 86,49%, 82,25%,
76,5%, 80,95%, 79,16%, 81,47%, 81,12%, 79,5%, 84,83% dan jumlah tonase bottom ash
dalam 10 perhitungan 2,38 ton, 3,82ton, 3,1 ton, 3,36 ton, 2,38 ton, 3,74 ton, 3,38 ton,
3,96 ton, 5,12 ton, 3,24 ton. Maka dapat disimpulkan Efisiensi Boiler memiliki hubungan
dengan jumlah tonase bottom ash, ketika Efisiensi Boiler naik maka tonase bottom ash
menurun dan ketika Efisiensi Boiler turun maka tonase Bottom ash akan naik jumlah nya.

ANALYSIS THE COMPARISON OF BOILER EFFICIENCY TO THE AMOUNT
OF BOTTOM ASH TONNAGE. The efficiency of Boiler greatly affects coal combustion waste. When boiler efficiency is high, the waste from burning coal will be smaller in value. Vice versa, when boiler efficiency is low then the waste from burning coal will be greater in value. The use of the type of coal used also greatly affects the efficiency value of boilers and the amount of waste from the coal combustion process. Based on this, the boiler efficiency comparison study was conducted to the amount of waste from the coal burning process by using direct methods to find the efficiency value of the boiler and calculation of the amount of waste from the combustion process by means of calculation of dump trucks containing bottom ash in less empty dumpt trucks in the weight bridge. From the results of this study it can be known that boiler efficiency in 10 calculations 88.99%, 86.49%, 82.25%, 76.5%, 80.95%, 79.16%, 81.47%, 81.12%, 79.5%, 84.83% and the amount of bottom ash tonnage in 10 calculations was 2.38 tons, 3.82ton, 3.1 tons, 3.36 tons, 2.38 tons, 3.74 tons, 3.38 tons, 3.96 tons, 5.12 tons, 3.24 tons. Then it can be concluded boiler efficiency has arelationship with the amount of bottom ashtonnage, when boiler efficiency rises then bottom ash tonnage decreases and when boiler efficiency falls then bottom ash tonnage will rise in its amount.
