Proyek merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh individu maupun kelompok dalam membuat atau membangun sesuatu yang bertujuan dalam menciptakan produk atau layanan sebagai hasil. Dalam menentukan produktivitas ini dilakukan penilaian nilai LUR untuk melihat apakah durasi pekerja dalam bekerja apakah sudah efektif. Dan setelah dilihat dari nilai LUR setiap pekerja yang berada pada angka diatas 50% dapat menyimpulkan bahwa pekerja bekerja evektif. Nilai Produktivitas pekerja dengan Metode pertama Pada Proyek Gedung Airlangga Depok sesuai Tabel 4.5 Tabel Nilai Produktivitas adalah 55,0 Kg/Hari/Orang Pada pekerjaan Pembesian, 3,6 �2 /Hari/Orang Untuk pekerjaan Bekisting dan 0,8 �3/Hari/Orang untuk pekerjaan pengecoran. Untuk Nilai Produktivitas pekerja dengan Metode Time Study Sesuai Tabel 4.20 Pada Proyek Gedung Airlangga Depok adalah 86,2 Kg/Hari/Orang Pada pekerjaan Pembesian, 4,2 �2 /Hari/Orang Untuk pekerjaan Bekisting dan 0,9 �3/Hari/Orang untuk pekerjaan pengecoran iaya total Untuk Pekerjaan Kolom Lantai 1, 2 dan 3 Pada Proyek Gedung Airlangga Depok sesuai Tabel 4.22 adalah Lantai 1 : Rp 7.990.770, Lantai 2 : Rp 5.739.252, Lantai 3 : Rp 2.035.319 sehingga total adalah Rp 15.765.342 dan total biaya terealisasi dilapangan adalah Rp 8.215.300 + Rp 12.364.641,4 + Rp 1.926.787,75 = Rp 22.506.729,1 Lama Pekerjaan Kolom Lantai 1, 2 dan 3 di Proyek Gedung Airlangga Depok adalah 10,14 hari, Sedangkan untuk durasi Kerja realisasi Pada Pekerjaan Kolom Lantai 1, 2 dan Atap adalah 5,3 Hari + 7,64 Hari + 1,31 Hari = 14,26 Hari
