Saat ini pembangunan konstruksi dipilih sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup di indonesia. Mengetahui produktivitas alat berat merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan efisiensi serta keberhasilan dalam pembangunan sektor konstruksi. Dalam penelitian ini mengamati pekerjaan secant pile dan bore pile pada proyek pembangunan SPAM Jatiluhur I. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui durasi,volume pekerjaan dan produktivitas alat dari pekerjaan tersebut. Penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus serta data yang telah diambil pada lapangan.hasilnya durasi pekerjaan secant pile dari alat rotary drilling rig, crawler crane dan truck mixer adalah 759,36 menit, 40,45 menit dan 39,09 menit. Volume pekerjaan dari pekerjaan secant pile adalah 42,39 m3. Produktivitas pekerjaan secant pile pada alat rotary drilling rig, crawler crane dan truck mixer adalah 3,20 m3/jam,3,56 m3/jam dan 6,91 m3/menit. Pada pekerjaan bore pile durasi pekerjaan dari alat rotary drilling rig, crawler crane dan truck mixer adalah 363,68 menit, 27,45 menit dan 37,07 menit. Volume pekerjaan pekerjaan bore pile adalah 15,072 m3. Produktivitas pekerjaan bore pile pada alat rotary drilling rig, crawler crane dan truck mixer adalah 3,70 m3/jam,4,92 m3/jam dan 3,65 m3/menit.

Currently, construction development has been chosen as a strategy to improve the welfare of life in Indonesia. Knowing the productivity of heavy equipment is one way to increase efficiency and success in developing the construction sector. In this research, we observed Secant Pile and Bore Pile work on the Jatiluhur I SPAM construction project. The aim of the researcher was to determine the duration, volume of work and tool productivity of the work. The research was analyzed using formulas and data taken in the field. The results were that the duration of the Secant Pile work from the Rotary Drilling Rig, Crawler Crane and Truck Mixer was 759.36 minutes, 40.45 minutes and 39.09 minutes. The volume of work from the Secant work Pile is 42.39 M3. Secant Pile work productivity on Rotary Drilling Rig, Crawler Crane and Truck Mixer tools is 3.20 M3/hour, 3.56 M3/hour and 6.91 M3/minute. In Bore Pile work, the work duration of the Rotary Drilling Rig, Crawler Crane and Truck Mixer is 363.68 minutes, 27.45 minutes and 37.07 minutes. The work volume of the Bore Pile work is 15,072 M3. The productivity of Bore Pile work on Rotary Drilling Rigs, Crawler Cranes and Truck Mixers is 3.70 M3/hour, 4.92 M3/hour and 3.65 M3/minute.
