Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Kebon Pala, Kecamatan Makasar, Jakarta Timur, yang memiliki luas wilayah sebesar 229,50 hektar. Mempertimbangkan pentingnya lokasi Kelurahan Kebon Pala dalam aspek geografis dan manajemen air di Jakarta Timur, daerah ini dipilih sebagai lokasi ideal untuk mengkaji dan memahami tantangan sistem drainase yang sering muncul di banyak kota besar lainnya di Indonesia metode Analisis hidrologi menghitung curah hujan maksimum rata-rata menggunakan metode rata-rata Aljabar, perhitungan distribusi probabilitas metode distribusi normal, log normal, log Gumbel, dan log Pearson III. Uji kecocokan distribusi prediksi menggunakan metode uji Chi-Khuadrat dan Smirnov-Kolmogrov intensitas hujan rencana dihitung menggunakan rumus Mononobe dan debit banjir dihitung menggunakan metode rasional. Hasil penelitian ini terjadi banjir pada kala ulang 2, 5 dan 10 dengan didapatkan hasil Q2 0,930 m3/s, Q5 1,329 m3/s dan Q10 1,592 m3/s sedangkan nilai kapasitas tampung drainase Qeksisting 1,089 m3/s.
This research was conducted in Kebon Pala Village, Makasar District, East Jakarta, which has an area of 229.50 hectares. Considering the importance of the location of Kebon Pala Village in geographical and air management aspects in East Jakarta, this area was chosen as an ideal location to study and understand the drainage systems that often appear in many other big cities in Indonesia Hydrological Analysis Method calculating maximum average rainfall using the Algebraic average method, calculating the probability distribution using the normal distribution method, normal log, Gumbel log, and Pearson III log. The prediction distribution suitability test uses the Chi-Khuadrat and Smirnov-Kolmogrov test methods. The planned rainfall intensity is calculated using the Mononobe formula and flood discharge is calculated using the rational method. The results of this research were that flooding occurred at intervals 2, 5 and 10 with results obtained for Q2 0,930 m3/s, Q5 1,329 m3/s and Q10 1,592 m3/s while the drainage capacity was as high as Qexisting 1,089 m3/s.
