Abstract
Kebutuhan Energi Listrik merupakan penyebab terpenting dalam perkembangan dan pembangunan suatu negara. PLTGU PT. Indonesia Power UP Perak – Grati terdiri dari tiga system utama, yaitu gas turbin, (HRSG), dan Steam Turbin. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas dan Uap (PLTGU) Indonesia Power UP Perak – Grati merupakan salah satu PLTGU yang memiliki 3 blok dan memiliki kapasitas produk listrik sebesar 1360 MW. Turbin gas yang beroperasi dalam jangka waktu yang lama dapat menurunkan kinerja turbin gas. Oleh karena itu diperlukan Combustion Inspection yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki peforma agar gas turbin beroperasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari “Combustion Inspection” terhadap Efisiensi Turbin Gas Blok 2 unit 1 PLTGU Grati. Oleh karena itu metode perhitungan efisiensi turbin gas berdasarkan nilai input komponen turbin gas. Sebelum dilakukan perhitungan unjuk kerja terlebih dahulu mencari dan menghitung nilai properties dari setiap titik. Kemudian didapatkan analisis kerja kompresor, kerja turbin, konsumsi bahan bakar, back work ratio, efisiensi kompresor, efisiensi turbin, air fuel ratio, heat rate, dan efisiensi thermal. Hasil perhitungan setelah overhaul. Efisiensi thermal mengalami kenaikkan sekitar 2,4 %, efisiensi ruang bakar mengalami peningkatan sekitar 0,34%, kemudian konsumsi bahan bakar mengalami penghematan 0,212 kg/kWh, dan efisiensi turbin naik sekitar 0,46%. Kenaikan efisiensi ini disebabkan oleh combustion inspection yang telah dilakukan.

Indonesia Power UP Perak – Grati consists of three main systems, namely gas turbine, (HRSG), and Steam Turbine. Therefore, a Combustion Inspection is needed which aims to improve performance so that the gas turbine operates properly. This study aims to determine the effect of "Combustion Inspection" on the efficiency of the Gas Turbine Block 2 PLTGU Grati. Therefore, the gas turbine efficiency calculation method is based on the input value of the gas turbine component. Before calculating the performance, first find and calculate the value of the properties of each point. Then obtained an analysis of compressor work, turbine work, fuel consumption, back work ratio, compressor efficiency, turbine efficiency, air fuel ratio, heat rate, and thermal efficiency. Calculation results after overhaul. Thermal efficiency increased by about 2.4%, combustion chamber efficiency increased by 0.34%, then fuel consumption experienced a savings of 0.212 kg/kWh, and turbine efficiency increased by about 0.46%. This increase is due to the after effects of the Combustion Inspection that has been carried out
