In the use of electricity, household electricity customers who have low power, namely 450 - 900 are not allowed to use electricity for more than 600 hours on. And if the
electricity usage exceeds the provisions, then the customer must reduce electricity usage or the PLN party will encourage the customer to increase the electric power. For now there is no system that facilitates the real-time monitoring process for the amount of electricity usage, a system is needed that can facilitate the monitoring
process by the survey officer as a reporter for household electricity use and the administration as a processor of the report. then created a web-based system with a system development method, namely RUP (Rational Unified Process). System design begins with analyzing the current system and system requirements. Then design the proposed system using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method. The system is built using the PHP programming language and database using MySQL. The system flow includes SuperUser as the highest actor holder then SubSuperUser and Manager. Which is where the Sub-Superuser (Survey Officer) inputs the monitoring results into the application, then the system will store the data in the database, where the data can be seen and monitored again by the administrative officer in realtime

Pada penggunaan listik pelanggan listrik rumah tangga yang memiliki daya / tarif 450 – 900 tidak diperbolehkan menggunakan listrik lebih dari 600 jam nyala. Dan apabila pengguan listriknya melebihi dari ketentuan, maka di pelanggan harus menggurangi penggunaan listrik atau pihak PLN akan menganjurkan pelanggan untuk menambah daya listrik. Untuk saat ini belum ada sistem yang memudahkan dalam proses monitoring secara realtime untuk jumlah penggunaan listrik,
dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat memudahkan proses monitoring oleh pihak petugas Survey sebagai pelapor penggunaan listrik rumah tangga dan pihak administrasi sebagai pemroses laporan tersebut. maka dibuatnya sebuah sistem berbasis web dengan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu RUP (Rational Unified Proses). Perancangan sistem dimulai dengan menganalisa sistem berjalan dan kebutuhan sistem. Kemduian merancangan sistem usulan dengan menggunakan
metode RUP (Rational Unified Process). Sistem dibuat dengan menggunankan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database menggunakan MySQL. Alur sistem meliputi SuperUser sebagai pemegang actor tertinggi lalu SubSuperUser dan Manager. Yang dimana SubSuperUser (Petugas Survey) menginput hasil monitoring ke aplikasi, lalu system akan menyimpan data kedatabase, yang dimana data tersebut dapat dilihat dan dilakukan lagi monitoring oleh petugas administasi secara realtime
