Memilih metode yang sesuai dalam penjadwalan proyek adalah satu hal yang penting guna memenuhi kebutuhan konstruksi. Proyek yang memiliki pekerjaan yang berulang memebutuhkan jumlah tenaga kerja yang banyak dan terjadwal dengan baik, karena pekerjaan proyek yang berulang hut harus mampu terus melakukan progress tanpa tertunda. Dari beberapa penjadwalan proyek Line Of Balance (LOB) lebih cocok untuk proyek yang berulng karena Line Of Balance adalah metode penjadwalan proyek konstruksi berupa suatu garis yang mewakili satu jenis pake kegiatan berulang. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah sebagai berikut :Mengetahui berapa nilai yang didapatkan dari hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode LOB (Line Of Balance) pada pekerjaan yang dilakukan secara repetitif di Proyek Kantor PT Ometraco Arya Samanta. Dari hasil analisis waktu yang didapat yaitu sebanyak 267 hari, sedangkan time schedule existing proyek yaitu 308 hari. Jadi perhitungan menggunakan metode LOB lebih cepat 41 hari dari time schedule existing.

Choosing an appropriate method in project scheduling is important to meet construction needs. Projects that have repetitive work require a large number of workers and are well scheduled, because repetitive project work must be able to continue to make progress without delay. Of the several Line Of Balance (LOB) project scheduling is more suitable for repetitive projects because Line Of Balance is a construction project scheduling method in the form of a line that represents one type of repetitive activity package. The research objectives to be achieved are as follows: Knowing how much value is obtained from the analysis results using the LOB (Line Of Balance) method on repetitive work at the PT Ometraco Arya Samanta Office Project. From the results of the analysis the time obtained is 267 days, while the existing project time schedule is 308 days. So the calculation using the LOB method is 41 days fasting than the existing time schedule.
