Abstract
PLTS Atap on-grid berguna sebagai evaluasi kinerja dan efisiensi energi listrik kawasan industri. Terdapat berbagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas performa antara lain adanya gas kimia, debu, asap pabrik jamur parasit dan suhu cukup panas di daerah industri. Penelitian ini melakukan analisa dan evaluasi kinerja, efisiensi sistem, rugi-rugi, dan optimalisasi sistem untuk mengurangi ketergantungan listrik pada jaringan dan efisiensi kelistrikan industri. Diperoleh nilai performa 73,36% pada aplikasi Fusion Solar dan diperoleh nilai performa 74,48% pada aplikasi Helioscope. Faktor pengaruh performa sistem PLTS adalah iradiasi, orientasi, kemiringan panel, suhu panel surya, cuaca, suhu lingkungan, bayangan, dan komponen PLTS. Pemeliharaan panel surya dilakukan rutin untuk menjaga nilai performa supaya tetap dalam keadaan bagus. Namun, PLTS bersifat fluktuatif bergantung kondisi sekitar sehingga cuaca sebelum dan sesudah pemeliharaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai iradiasi dan energi keluaran. Evaluasi performa PLTS berdasarkan pemeliharaan sistem PLTS berupaya meningkatkan kinerja sistem, produktivitas panel, mencegah kerusakan, memperpanjang usia panel surya, dipastikan terawat, terjaga dan tetap dalam keadaan handal.
On-grid Rooftop PV is useful as an evaluation of the performance and efficiency of electrical energy in industrial areas. There are various factors that can affect the quality of performance, including the presence of chemical gases, dust, factory smoke, parasitic fungi, and quite hot temperatures in industrial areas. This study analyzes and evaluates performance, system efficiency, losses, and system optimization to reduce dependence on electricity on the grid and industrial electrical efficiency. A performance value of 73.36% was obtained in the Fusion Solar application and a performance value of 74.48% was obtained in the Helioscope application. Factors influencing the performance of the PV system are irradiation, orientation, panel tilt, solar panel temperature, weather, ambient temperature, shadows, and PV components. Solar panel maintenance is carried out routinely to maintain performance values so that they remain in good condition. However, PV is fluctuating depending on the surrounding conditions so that the weather before and after maintenance affects the irradiation and output energy values. Evaluation of PV performance based on PV system maintenance seeks to improve system performance, panel productivity, prevent damage, extend the life of solar panels, ensure they are maintained, maintained and remain in reliable condition.
