Abstract
Stone Matrix Asphalt berupa lapisan teratas pada jalan, dibuat untuk mendapatkan stabilitas dan durabilitas yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan serat daun nanas dan serat ijuk terhadap parameter Marshall terhadap campuran Stone Matrix Asphalt. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai Density, VIM, VMA, VFA, Stabilitas, Flow, dan Marshall Quotient beberapa dari parameter tersebut seperti VIM dan Flow pada variasi 0.3%+0.4% dan 0.3%+0.5% tidak memenuhi persyaratan. Nilai VIM perendaman 30 menit dan 24 jam pada variasi 0.3%+0.4% dan 0.3%+0.5% tidak memenuhi spesifikasi pada perendaman 30 menit sebesar 5,508% dan 6,171%, 24 jam sebesar 5,479% dan 6,117%. Nilai flow yang tidak memenuhi syarat pada variasi 0.3%+0.4% dan 0.3%+0.5% perendaman 30 menit sebesar 7,34mm dan 4,63mm, 24 jam sebesar 9,03mm dan 6,07mm. Stabilitas Marshall hasil nilai yang diperoleh dari perendaman 30 menit dengan variasi serat daun nanas 0.3% dan serat ijuk 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5% yaitu sebesar 1106.49, 1121.33, 1150.72, 1098.75, dan 1020.06, 24 jam sebesar 1023.58, 1036.27, 1095.78, 1023.03, dan 928.00 seluruh variasi untuk nilai stabilitas memenuhi spesifikasi. Didapatkan hasil optimum pada penambahan serat ijuk 0.3% dengan serat daun nanas kadar konstan 0.3%, karena memenuhi Spesifikasi Bina Marga 2018 dengan nilai stabilitas 1150.72 kg dan nilai IKS sebesar 95.23%.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding pineapple leaf fiber and palm fiber on Marshall parameters on the Stone Matrix Asphalt mixture. From the results of the study, the values of Density, VIM, VMA, VFA, Stability, Flow, and Marshall Quotient were obtained, some of these parameters such as VIM and Flow at variations of 0.3%+0.4% and 0.3%+0.5% did not meet the requirements. The VIM values of 30 minute and 24 hour immersion at variations of 0.3%+0.4% and 0.3%+0.5% did not meet specifications at 30 minute soaking of 5.508% and 6.171%, 24 hours of 5.479% and 6.117%. Unqualified flow values at variations of 0.3%+0.4% and 0.3%+0.5% 30 minute immersion of 7.34mm and 4.63mm, 24 hours of 9.03mm and 6.07mm. Marshall stability results from the value obtained from 30 minute soaking with variations in pineapple leaf fibers of 0.3% and palm fibers of 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5% of 1106.49, 1121.33, 1150.72, 1098.75, and 1020.06, 24 hours of 1023.58, 1036.27, 1095.78, 1023.03, and 928.00 entire variations for stability values meet the specification. Optimum results were obtained in the addition of 0.3% palm fiber with a constant content of pineapple leaf fiber of 0.3%, because it met the 2018 Bina Marga Specification with a stability value of 1150.72 kg and an IKS value of 95.23%.
