Perkembangan dunia konstruksi semakin cepat seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi. Diikuti juga dengan semakin banyaknya pilihan sumber daya, material dan metode kerja yang dapat digunakan dalam mengerjakan suatu proyek konstruksi, yang tentunya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kulitas dan kuantitas pekerjaan proyek. Oleh karena itu, perlu dianalisis waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan pelat lantai bondek dan dibandingkan dengan pelat lantai konvesional. Hasil yang diperoleh dari hasil pengolahan dan analisis pada penelitian ini yang bertujuan membandingkan biaya dan waktu antara pelat lantai bondek dengan pelat lantai konvensional didapatkan adalah pekerjaan pelat lantai bondek adalah sebesar Rp.1.509.425,590 sedangkan untuk pelat lantai pekerjaan pelat lantai konvensional Rp.1.724.117,248. Waktu pelaksanaan untuk pekerjaan pelat lantai bondek adalah 8 hari sedangkan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan pelat lantai konvensional 34 hari. Hasil dan perbandingan biaya-biaya untuk pekerjaan pelat lantai bondek dan pelat lantai konvensional didapatkan selisih biaya pekerjaan sebesar Rp.214.691,658 dengan kesimpulan pelat lantai bondek lebih murah dibandingkan pelat lantai konvensional. Sedang untuk selisih waktu pekerjaan pelat lantai bondek dengan pelat lantai konvensional adalah 26 hari dengan waktu pekerjaan pelat lantai bondek relatif lebih cepat daripada waktu pekerjaan pelat lantai konvensional.

This is also followed by the increasing number of choices of resources, materials and work methods that can be used in working on a construction project, which of course aims to improve the quality and quantity of project work. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the time and cost of implementing bondek floor slabs and compare them with conventional floor slabs. The results obtained from the results of processing and analysis in this study which aims to compare the cost and time between bondek floor slabs with conventional floor slabs obtained are bondek floor slab work is Rp. 1.509.425,590 while for the conventional floor slab work Rp.1.724.117,248. The execution time for bondek floor slab work is 8 days while the implementation time for conventional slab work is 34 days. The results and the comparison of costs for bondek floor slab work and conventional floor slabs obtained the difference in work costs of Rp. 214.691,658 with the conclusion that bondek floor slabs are cheaper than conventional slabs. Meanwhile, the time difference between bonded floor slab work and conventional floor slab is 26 days with bondek floor slab work time relatively faster than conventional floor slab work time.
